Del.icio.us lets you save all your favourites in once place, on the internet, rather than on a single computer.  You can then share them with colleagues, friends or family.

ConsultingTools in the Press

Many of you may have noticed that ConsultingTools featured in an article on PersonnelZone last week.  The article is a three part study on the connection between multi-rater reviews and personality.  For those of you who are members, take a look here to read the article.

Did you know?

A recent poll by recruitment consultants, Office Angels, surveying 1500 employees found that 67% of those polled said they suffer from "School Holiday Syndrome".  A legacy of the six week summer school break, the syndrome is characterised by acute 'seasonal procrastination'.  Essential work is put off in favour of less demanding pastimes.

A high percentage of bosses are on holiday at this time, perhaps contributing to the fact that over half (51%) of workers admit to arriving at work late or taking extra long lunch breaks.
