Who should attend? This master class provides an opportunity for individuals to gain insight and help manage daily work and life stress for oneself and others. It is ideally suited for those working in organisations in the areas of HR or Health & Safety, and also for coaches and consultants who can apply these techniques within their own coaching or consultancy work. Speaker profile Dr. Kenneth M. Nowack is a licensed psychologist with over twenty years of experience as a consultant, executive coach and in the development and validation of assessment tools, organisational climate surveys, questionnaires, simulations, and tests. He has developed 360° feedback systems, assessment centres, employee selection, succession planning, performance appraisal, and management development training programs for a number of clients in both the public and private sectors. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Educational Psychology at the University of California, Davis, and his Ph.D. in Counselling Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles. Dr. Nowack has conducted research and published extensively in the areas of 360° feedback systems, health psychology, occupational stress and job burnout - examples of published stress research is shown below.
