BPS Success for Facet5

ConsultingTools is delighted to announce that Facet5 has successfully completed the British Psychological Society Test Review process, and has met the requirements for registration with three stars.

Facet5 is a 'Big 5' factor personality model, which allows managers to understand how people differ in their behaviour, motivation, attitudes and aspirations. These 5 factors are measured precisely and quickly to give the most accurate and easily applied portrait of individual differences, allowing a detailed breakdown into 13 sub-factors to explore subtleties of behaviour at an individual level. Facet5 works at all levels from individual assessment through selection, recruitment and team integration.

Facet5 scored particularly well in the areas of theoretical foundations of the constructs and the quality of the test materials (online assessment system) and resulting feedback reports, reflecting our commitment to ensuring the robustness of all of our products and ensuring that the output is clear and easy to use and apply in a variety of settings.
