Did you know…?

According to recent research, 10.30am is the best time of the day to get creative. Nearly a quarter (21 percent) of us think up our next ‘big idea’ between the hours of 9am and 12 noon, with some slight differences depending on location and age. Colleagues and workload pressures were also found to be the biggest factors that help or hinder our ability to think creatively.  

With only 3 percent of people feeling creative between 3am and 6am, the suggestion is that most of us are highly unlikely to wake up with an innovative idea in the middle of the night.

So ditch the coffee break and get your thinking caps on at 10.30am!

Just for Fun

As you probably know, April Fools’ Day is soon to come. The tradition of playing jokes on that particular day grew out of resistance to the adoption of the Gregorian calendar in the 16^th to 18^th centuries. For hundreds of years, April 1 has been commemorated throughout the world.
