Official Launch of Pioneering Recruitment Tool 

During the recent HRD and EREC conferences, ConsultingTools officially launched a stand-alone version of Facet5-Audition, the leading people-matching tool that has until now only been available to fully accredited Facet5 users. The latter have used it with their clients that included Post Office, Norfolk County Council and Churchill Insurance. 

Around the launch event, we have run 4 pilot training programmes uniquely tailored for recruitment consultants. These sessions have been run by our Chief Psychologist, Dr. Mark Slaski.  

Based on Facet5, Audition is the pioneering people-matching tool that is transforming selection and recruitment into a science as well as an art.  Facet5-Audition is designed to relate candidates to specific ‘roles’. This innovative tool can link candidates to roles and illustrate how closely they ‘fit’ the role required. Additionally, Facet5-Audition creates a detailed interview guide showing exactly which areas to probe, what questions to ask and what to look for in the answers.
