ConsultingTools EI Products Launched in Spain

ConsultingTools have recently launched Emotional Intelligence in Spain.

Our Spanish Partners - Tools4Training have officially launched ConsultingTools' Emotional Intelligence products

PeopleIndex - a comprehensive self-assessment tool designed to measure how an individual views their Emotional Intelligence.  PeopleIndex measures 17 critical competencies, helping individuals to  better recognise, understand and manage their emotions and behaviour effectively.

and

EmotionalIntelligenceView360 - a web-based 360 tool which contains 70 behavioural questions, comparing self-perceptions to those of other raters - for example, the individual's manager, direct reports, team members, peers, etc.

Both tools were developed by Dr Kenneth Nowack, who also co-presented the products to the Spanish audience.

The EI tools were launched across Spain with events held in Madrid and Barcelona, attracting crowds of up to 100 at each event, with translators interpreting the English parts of the presentation.
